As you are aware, policy dictates that all catering requests must receive prior approval from leadership. During the order placing process, you will arrive at a drop down lists of leadership members that can approve your request. Please ensure that you are placing your catering orders well ahead of time in order to allow sufficient time for the approval to take place. No catering orders will be processed without leadership approval. Additionally, as a reminder, all requests must be for groups of 15 or more. Requests for smaller groups will be declined.

* IMPORTANT...PLEASE READ....Catering orders that do not receive approval 48 business hours prior to the event start will be automatically cancelled. It is the responsibility of the event planner to obtain the approval from their designated LT member.
